Privacy and Terms of Access 

Chesterton’s Learning Management System (“LMS”) is available to Chesterton distributor personnel upon request.  Before you request that Chesterton create an account, please review these terms of access, including privacy information, and confirm whether you consent.  

The LMS  is based in the United States and managed by Chesterton’s Global Learning professionals in the United States.  By creating an account on this system, you agree that the LMS may store and process information you provide to the LMS (such as your name, e-mail address, and employer) and information you create in the LMS (such as your training records).   You further agree that Chesterton’s Global Learning professionals may access your information for account management purposes.  

This LMS is a Totara Learning system.   Totara uses cookies to operate, analyze, and improve its learning systems.  Because of this, some of your personal information will be shared with Totara.  Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but most browsers also allow you to modify your settings to disable cookies.   For more information on how Totara uses cookies and Totara’s privacy policy, visit https://www.totaralms.com/privacy-policy

If at any time you wish to delete your account, export your personal data, or ask questions about Chesterton’s privacy practices, please contact Global.Learning@Chesterton.com. 

Some of the content you may access on this system may be proprietary information owned by Chesterton.  By creating an account you agree that you will not share, reproduce, or distribute Chesterton’s proprietary information without Chesterton’s written consent.  

You must promptly notify Chesterton if you stop working for a Chesterton distributor or customer.
